Tickets for all performing arts programmes, dance workshops and master classes are available on the internet. There is a non-refundable service fee of HK$6.5 per ticket, up to HK$20 maximum per transaction. American Express, VISA, Diners Club or MasterCard will be accepted for payment. Patrons can purchase up to a maximum of 40 tickets per transaction. Please make sure that your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone and credit card details are clearly filled in. Bookings will be confirmed online as well as by e-mail. Tickets will be sent to you by mail. Tickets must be collected within 3 days of reservation (counting the date of reservation as day one). Reservations made within 3 days prior to the performance will be held up to 1 hour before the performance, after which the reservations will be cancelled.

1. Full-time Students, Senior Citizens, People with Disabilities and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance Recipients Discounts
   Half-price tickets are available for full-time students, senior citizens ages 60 or above, people with disabilities and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients. Tickets for students and CSSA recipients are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Concessionary ticket holders must produce evidence of their identity or age upon admission.
   
   
2. Group Booking Discount *
   10% discount for each purchase of 4-9 full-price tickets of performing arts programmes;
   15% discount for each purchase of 10-19 full-price tickets of performing arts programmes;
   20% discount for each purchase of 20 full-price tickets of performing arts programmes or more.
   
   
3. Package Booking Discount *
   10% discount on full-price tickets for each purchase of 3-4 different performing arts programmes;
   15% discount on full-price tickets for each purchase of 5 different performing arts programmes or more.
   
   
   
4. Friends of Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Sha Tin Town Hall, Tsuen Wan Town Hall / Kwai Tsing Theatre, and Tuen Mun Town Hall / Yuen Long Theatre Discounts #
   10% discount on full-price tickets of performing arts programmes is offered to Friends of the above-mentioned performing venues with valid membership cards. 5. Members of Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra Members Club Bravo and Young Audience Scheme Discounts
   15% discount on full-price tickets of He Hui Returns concert by Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra is offered to Members of Club Bravo with valid membership cards.
   10% discount on full-price tickets of He Hui Returns concert by Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra is offered to Members of Young Audience Scheme with valid membership cards. Please refer to the programme leaflet of He Hui Returns concert for details of other ticket discounts.
   The above discounts are not applicable to Internet Booking and Credit Card Telephone Booking.

Special Notes

• Audiences ages 6 and above are welcome.
• Each ticket admits one person only. Patrons can enjoy only one of the above discount schemes for purchase of the same ticket. Please inform the box office staff at the time of purchase.
• Programmes will normally be cancelled when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or remains hoisted 3 hours before the performance time. Audience are advised to call 2370 1044 or go to the website www.medifestival.gov.hk for details of programme schedule change and refund arrangements.
• The presenter reserves the right to substitute artists and change the programme should unavoidable circumstances make it necessary.
• The content of the Festival programmes does not represent the views of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
• Members of the audience are advised to arrive punctually. Latecomers will only be admitted when there is a suitable break in the performance or at the interval.
